A celebration for Atlético de Madrid's peñas
Atlético de Madrid will celebrate the Day of the Peñas in their match against Leganés at the Riyadh Air Metropolitano stadium. Despite the reduction of the club’s sanction from three matches to one and the partial closure of the south stand of the stadium, more than 60,000 fans are expected to attend.
The club will refund the cost of the match to affected season ticket holders in the next season. More than 5,000 peñistas from all over Spain and abroad will attend the match. There will be activities in the fan zone from 10:00 am until the start of the match, with inflatables, foosball tables, trampolines, live music, and a free communal meal for peñistas and season ticket holders.
