Atlético Madrid begins strategic alliance with Kazakhstan
Atlético Madrid formalized its strategic agreement with Kazakhstan through the Academy. The CEO, Miguel Ángel Gil Marín, and representatives of Doscar Group and Sport Asset Management signed the agreement in the offices of the Cívitas Metropolitano.
The ten-year project includes the creation of an academy in Kazakhstan with a high-performance sports center near Almaty, which is expected to be completed in December 2025. Atlético Madrid will continue with its expansion plan linked to the Academy and will help with the experience of its technicians and managers to grow football in Kazakhstan.
