Visit Rwanda joins the Red and White family!
Great news for the Colchoneros! Atlético de Madrid has announced an exciting agreement with Visit Rwanda, which becomes an official sponsor of the club until June 30, 2028. This alliance marks a milestone, with Visit Rwanda being the first African sponsor to join the Red and White family.
The Visit Rwanda brand will proudly feature on the front of the training and warm-up apparel of the first men’s team, both in LaLiga and the Club World Cup, immediately. Starting next season, it will also be present on the clothing of the women’s team, and on the back of the official playing kits of both teams.
But Visit Rwanda’s presence will not be limited to the players’ clothing. The brand will also be visible at the Metropolitano, on the club’s digital platforms, and will participate in actions designed for the fans.
In addition, Visit Rwanda will be an official sponsor in the Training and Tourist Destination category, as well as the club’s Official Coffee Supplier. Jean-Guy Afrika, CEO of Rwanda Development Board, has expressed his enthusiasm for this partnership, highlighting Rwanda’s ambition to position itself as a global destination. Óscar Mayo, General Manager of Revenue and Operations at Atlético de Madrid, has highlighted the importance of Visit Rwanda as a partner in the club’s international expansion objective, emphasizing that it is a constantly growing country.
