Alberto Moreno Embarks on a New Adventure at Alavés
Atlético de Madrid has reached an agreement with Deportivo Alavés for the transfer of Alberto Moreno, who will join the Basque club for the remainder of the season with an option for another year. At just 22 years old, Moreno arrived at Atlético in 2009 when he was only seven.
After excelling in the youth ranks, he made his first-team debut in 2022 in a Copa del Rey match against Arenteiro, where he provided a key assist. Throughout his career, Moreno has shown his quality and potential, standing out as a right-footed midfielder with excellent touch and vision.
Although he spent last season on loan at Linares, he returned to Atlético and trained with the first team under Diego Simeone.
