Argentine coach Diego Simeone celebrates his 700th game with Atlético de Madrid in the match against Alavés. In his 12 years as the team’s technical director, Simeone has achieved a total of 1,392 points, with 413 wins, 153 draws and 133 losses.
He has also managed to elevate the club to another level with 1,184 goals for and less than half (596) against. During his career at Atlético de Madrid, Simeone has won eight titles, including the Europa League in 2012 and 2018, the European Super Cup in 2012 and 2018, the Copa del Rey in 2013, the League in 2014 and 2021, and the Supercopa de España in 2014.
