Marcos Paulo joins Boavista Sport Club after stint with Atlético de Madrid
Boavista Sport Club of Brazil has reached an agreement with Atlético de Madrid for the signing of Marcos Paulo, a 23-year-old forward who never officially played for the Spanish club. Marcos Paulo, a former player of Fluminense and São Paulo, has signed a definitive contract with the Carioca team until the end of 2028.
The forward, who emerged as a great promise at Fluminense, has had bad experiences in Europe, in clubs such as Famalicão, Mirandés and Molenbeek. Boavista presented Marcos Paulo to its fans last Thursday, January 23, before the match against Sampaio Corrêa-RJ, in the 4th round of the Campeonato Carioca.
