Simeone tries out Gallagher in the starting lineup for Barcelona match
Atlético de Madrid is preparing to face Barcelona in Montjuic. Diego Simeone had all his players available for the training session on Wednesday at the Metropolitano, where he introduced a new player in the starting lineup: Conor Gallagher instead of Samu Lino.
The strength of Barcelona in the midfield may lead the coach to reinforce that position with the entry of the Englishman. The team that Simeone practiced with was: Oblak; Llorente, Giménez, Lenglet, Javi Galán; Giuliano, Barrios, De Paul, Gallagher; Griezmann and Julián Alvarez. Atlético still has two more training sessions before traveling to Barcelona on the same day of the match, Saturday.
