Cáceres prepares to host Atlético Madrid in Copa del Rey
Cáceres is preparing to host Atlético Madrid at the Prince Felipe Stadium for the Copa del Rey match on December 5. The Club Polideportivo Cacereño is working against the clock to ensure everything is ready for the match.
The stadium’s capacity has been reinforced to reach 12,700 spectators and additional stands have been installed around the field. The club has sold more than 9,000 tickets and it is expected that the ‘sold out’ sign will be hung for the match.
The City Council of Cáceres has organized a large security device for the match, which will include more than 170 officers from various security forces. The use of public transportation is also recommended and the bus service will be reinforced for the match.
