Lemar returns to Atletico Madrid squad after eight games
Thomas Lemar has returned to the Atletico Madrid squad after eight games out with injury. The French player has recovered from a muscle injury and is ready to face Slovan Bratislava in the Champions League.
Diego Simeone, coach of Atletico Madrid, has called up the entire squad for the match, including goalkeepers Jan Oblak, Juan Musso and Antonio Gomis; defenders Nahuel Molina, César Azpilicueta, José María Giménez, Robin Le Normand, Clement Lenglet, Reinildo Mandava, Axel Witsel and Javi Galán; midfielders Marcos Llorente, Pablo Barrios, Koke Resurrección, Rodrigo de Paul, Thomas Lemar and Conor Gallagher; wingers Giuliano Simeone, Rodrigo Riquelme and Samuel Lino; and forwards Antoine Griezmann, Alexander Sorloth, Julián Alvarez and Ángel Correa. The 24 players called up will concentrate in a Madrid hotel until the match on Wednesday at the Metropolitano stadium.
