Atlético prepares for Getafe clash
Atlético de Madrid returned to training at the Ciudad Deportiva de Majadahonda after a day off granted by the coaching staff following the win against Slovan Bratislava. The team began preparing for Sunday’s game against Getafe with a session that included a half-hour video and work on the grass.
Diego Simeone had the entire squad available, although some players had a less intense training session and others trained separately due to workload management. No tests were carried out ahead of the match against José Bordalás’ team, but the starting eleven is expected to be similar to that of recent weeks. This will be the penultimate game of the year before visiting Montujic.
