Simeone and his son Giuliano: a winning team at Atlético de Madrid
Argentine coach of Atlético de Madrid, Diego Simeone, spoke about the experience of coaching his son Giuliano in the red and white team.
Although he initially did not see it possible to direct his son, Giuliano’s evolution since his arrival at the Atlético de Madrid Academy at the age of 16 and his subsequent stint at Alavés and the Argentine national team made him change his mind.
Simeone assures that he has no considerations or commitments from the paternal side and that he only wants to win, whether with a player named Simeone or Pérez. The coach also spoke about his future at the club and his desire to continue competing against the powerful from a different place.
