Atlético Madrid face Villarreal at the Metropolitano after their epic victory against Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League. Diego Simeone has had little time to prepare for the match, with only two training sessions.
The red-and-whites will have two important absences: Lenglet due to accumulation of yellow cards and Javi Galán due to suspension and injury. Reinildo and Azpilicueta are fighting for the left-back position.
The doubt in midfield is whether Simeone will bet on the midfield that played against Bayer or will give entry to Gallagher or Lino. Griezmann and Julián Alvarez will be the forwards.
