Time for Revenge! Atleti Youth Faces Salzburg in Youth League
What a match is coming! Luis Bueno’s Atlético Youth team will face Salzburg in the round of 16 of the Youth League. A rival with history, as they prevented Fernando Torres’ team, with a great Barrios in midfield, from reaching the final three years ago.
But hey!, this Atleti is hungry for revenge. After an epic comeback in Vienna against Rapid, our boys travel to Austria again to seek passage to the quarterfinals. The match, a single game, promises strong emotions on March 4th or 5th.
Salzburg arrives undefeated at this stage, having shown a great level during the regular phase. But not all is lost, far from it! Atleti has young promises like Rayane, Omar Janneh, Jano Monserrate, or Julio, players who can make a difference.
