Niño Rescues a Vital Point for Atlético B
Atlético de Madrid B, managed by Fernando Torres, added a valuable point in their visit to Yeclano Deportivo, in a match where they deserved more. The objective was clear: to transfer their strength as a local team to away matches and consolidate their position in the promotion playoff spots to LaLiga Hypermotion.
However, the match in La Constitución was not easy for the Rojiblancos. Yeclano took the lead thanks to a goal from Juanje in the first half, further complicating the task. The locals firmly resisted the Colchoneros’ attacks for much of the match.
Julio, Rayane and Niño himself tried unsuccessfully, but Yeclano’s defence remained solid. It was not until the 83rd minute when Adrián Niño, with insistence, found the reward for the collective effort.
After a defensive breakdown from the local team, Niño stood face to face with the goalkeeper and did not forgive, rescuing a very important point for the subsidiary.
