Atlético Madrid looks to 2025 with optimism and ambition
Atlético Madrid president Enrique Cerezo met with the press to review the year 2024 and look to the future with optimism. The team qualified for the Champions League, which has become routine, and also secured its place in the first Club World Cup.
The president also highlighted the good performance of the women’s team and the Academy, which won several league titles and the Youth Champions Cup. In addition, the first stone of the Sports City was laid, a project that is progressing well and aims to make Madrid a reference in leisure, sports and sustainability.
