Atlético: Return to Essence in 25/26
Good news for the Colchoneros! Atlético de Madrid’s jersey for the 2025-2026 season will feature a classic design reminiscent of the successful 2010-2011 season. The leak from the Öpaleak portal has confirmed the return of the traditional red and white stripes, with an elegant white collar and the classic white box for the number.
This more orthodox design has been received with great enthusiasm by the fans, relieving the concern generated by previous more innovative designs.
Although initially there were rumors of a ray-shaped pattern, it has finally been confirmed that this will be subtly integrated as a gradient within the stripes themselves, adding a modern touch without sacrificing the essence of the classic design.
This detail, perceptible only from close up, adds a distinctive element without altering the traditional aesthetic that the Rojiblancos fans love so much. As for the second kit, a striking deep blue color combined with vibrant yellow details is expected, a nod to previous kits that have already sported the club’s colors (like Rosario Central’s).
For the third kit, a possible design in sky blue with red and white details has been leaked, similar to a kit from the 2021-2022 season. The placement of the crest, the Nike logo and the main sponsor will remain in their usual place, respecting the club’s visual identity. In short, the 2025-2026 season promises a return to the roots for Atlético, and we are ready to support them with pride!
