Atlético's Talent to the U-19: Onwards to the Elite Round!
Great news from La Academia! Omar Janneh, Jano Monserrate and Daniel Muñoz, young promises from Atlético de Madrid, have been called up by Paco Gallardo to compete in the Elite Round with the U-19 national team.
This call-up is a well-deserved recognition of the excellent work they are doing at the club, especially Omar, whose goal-scoring instinct has been fundamental for the reserve team. Despite the recent episode of his expulsion, this call-up is a huge boost for the young striker.
Jano and Daniel, also regulars in the lower categories of the national team, will contribute their quality and experience to the team. The three players will concentrate from the 17th to prepare for the crucial matches against France, Italy and Latvia, which will be held in Italy.
