Atletico delays trip to Austria due to weather conditions
Atletico Madrid had to delay their trip to Austria to play the last game of the group stage of the Champions League against RB Salzburg due to adverse weather conditions in Salzburg. The team was scheduled to travel on a charter flight at 11:00 am, but had to postpone the flight until 5:00 pm. As a result, the team had to train at the Cerro del Espino facilities in Majadahonda instead of at the Red Bull Arena, and Diego Pablo Simeone and a player’s press conference was postponed until 8:00 pm.
