Simeone absent from the first Atletico training session for the Champions League
Atletico Madrid held their first training session for the last game of the Champions League group stage. The absence of Diego Pablo Simeone due to an indisposition was the most notable. Nelson Vivas took charge of the training.
Javi Galán and Ángel Correa were also absent due to injury and an indisposition, respectively. Pablo Barrios will not be available for the match against Salzburg due to suspension.
