Zubimendi, Baena and Oyarzabal leave the national team and Pablo Barrios joins Atlético de Madrid
After the Nations League match between Spain and Denmark, Mikel Oyarzabal, Martín Zubimendi and Álex Baena will leave the national team and will not travel to Santa Cruz de Tenerife to play the last match of the group stage against Switzerland.
Zubimendi and Baena were replaced due to physical discomfort and Oyarzabal will serve a one-match suspension. In the face of these three last-minute absences, Luis de la Fuente has called up Atlético de Madrid player Pablo Barrios, who will join the group this Saturday in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
