The historic match at the Metropolitano: a first in Champions League history
Atlético Madrid defeated Slovan Bratislava 3-1 at the Metropolitano, with two goals from Griezmann and one from Julián Alvarez. Although the game was not remarkable for its play, it was for a historic event: for the first time in Champions League history, two fathers on the benches had their sons on the field.
