Víctor Mollejo suffers a serious cruciate ligament injury
The Atlético de Madrid striker, Víctor Mollejo, suffered a cruciate ligament rupture and will miss the rest of the season. Mollejo, who was a key figure in the rojiblanco reserve team led by Fernando Torres, had returned to the club after playing on loan at Real Zaragoza last season.
Despite having several offers from the Liga Hypermotion, the club decided that he should continue as a colchonero to be one of the leaders of the team in Primera Federación. Mollejo now has to undergo surgery and recover from his injury in the colchonero discipline.
