Julián Alvarez, unstoppable in 2025
Argentine striker Julián Alvarez, who played 70 games last year for Manchester City, Atlético de Madrid and national teams, will start 2025 as a starter against Marbella in the Copa del Rey.
Alvarez was one of the footballers who played the most games in 2024, with an immediate performance since his signing for Atlético for 70 million euros. The player has scored 12 of the 26 games played with the red and white team, and will form a striking duo with Griezmann in the first game of the year.
