Red and White Celebration: Homage to Loyalty at the Metropolitano
The Metropolitano vibrated with an emotional ceremony honoring Atlético de Madrid members who are celebrating 25 years of unconditional loyalty. Season ticket holders from the 1999-2000 season, true examples of red and white passion, received the silver badge at an event full of Atlético sentiment.
The day was full of surprises, with the stellar presence of Julián Álvarez, who accompanied president Enrique Cerezo and club legends such as Milinko Pantic, Roberto Fresnedoso, Miguel Ángel Moyá, Leo Franco and Tomás Reñones.
Attendees showed their admiration for the Argentine player, who will not be able to play against Real Sociedad due to suspension. Cerezo thanked the members for their loyalty, highlighting their importance to the club.
The ceremony, which exceeded one thousand honorees in its two days, culminated with a cocktail and a visit to the Metropolitano, allowing the honorees to enjoy an unforgettable experience at their home. A well-deserved recognition to the Atléticos who have remained with the team in good times and bad, demonstrating an unwavering love for the red and white colors.
