Simeone surprised by lack of support from the south stand
Atlético de Madrid faced Sevilla in the 16th round of the Liga EA Sports at the Metropolitano stadium. Part of the south stand was on strike, resulting in an unusual atmosphere at the stadium. Despite attempts to cheer from other parts of the stadium, the atmosphere was not the hottest in support of the team. After Sevilla’s goal, Diego Simeone turned towards the south stand and stared at the stand for more than a minute, showing his disbelief at the lack of support from the most animated sector of the fans.
