Sevilla's Reaction to Incidents After the Match Against Atlético
Sevilla FC has issued an official statement strongly condemning the acts of aggression and vandalism that occurred after the match against Atlético de Madrid. The Andalusian club deeply regrets the incidents that affected several of its employees upon leaving the stadium.
According to the statement, an advisor to the president was attacked upon leaving the stadium. Sevilla FC has expressed its commitment to pursue and denounce any violent act or incitement to hatred, reaffirming that such actions do not represent the values of its fans.
It is highlighted that Ignacio Navarro, director of development and strategy of the club, suffered an attempted assault when leaving the Sánchez-Pizjuán, being forced to return to the stadium for his safety.
Alberto Pérez Solano, lawyer of Sevilla, also experienced difficulties leaving the stadium. The Sevillian club has taken a firm stance against violence, seeking to protect the integrity of its employees and preserve the image of its fans.
