Simeone aims to break historical record without four players
Diego Simeone, coach of Atlético de Madrid, continues to prepare his team for the match against Osasuna on Sunday without Pablo Barrios, Alexander Sorloth, José María Giménez and Jan Oblak.
The team needs a victory to finish the first half of LaLiga as leaders and ‘winter champions’, as well as having the opportunity to make history for the first time in the club’s history with 14 consecutive victories. Thomas Lemar has rejoined the group and is now available to Simeone.
