Atlético de Madrid to face Cacereño in the second round of the Copa del Rey
Atlético de Madrid will face CP Cacereño in the second round of the Copa del Rey at the Príncipe Felipe stadium in Cáceres on December 5 at 19:00. The Extremadura team has become one of the luckiest in the draw by facing one of the most important teams in Spanish football.
The tie will be played in a single match. Atlético de Madrid beat UE Vic 0-2 in the first round, while CP Cacereño beat Gimnástica Segoviana 2-1. CP Cacereño will take advantage of Atlético’s visit to launch a special season ticket promotion that includes the remainder of the first half, the second half and the match against the mattress team. More than 15,000 people are expected to attend the stadium.
