Youth Team Takes Center Stage! The Metropolitano Prepares for a Celebration
The Atlético youth academy is celebrating and the Metropolitano is opening its doors! Atlético de Madrid B, led by the idol Fernando Torres, will play a crucial match for promotion in our stadium, a well-deserved reward for the great work of the youth team.
Manager Torres made a call to the fans and the response has been spectacular. The club has prepared a festive day for Saturday with activities in the Fan Zone starting at 11:00 AM. Members can attend for free by exchanging their invitation, while for non-members tickets are available at an affordable price.
The Colchoneros fans are showing their unconditional support! Over 15,000 tickets have already been sold, far exceeding the previous attendance record for a youth team match at the Metropolitano, set in March 2023 during the Youth League round of 16 against Genk, a match also managed by Torres and in which young talents such as Ilias Kostis, Adrián Niño, Abde or Alejandro Iturbe participated. The goal now is to reach 20,000. A resounding success and another example of the passion that Atleti inspires in all its categories!
