Atlético de Madrid sells out tickets for Copa del Rey match
Atlético de Madrid returns to competition on January 4 in Copa del Rey, in Málaga, at La Rosaleda stadium, against Marbella. The match has generated great expectation in Málaga, with more than 25,000 tickets sold and the goal of reaching 30,000.
The Marbella directors have had the courtesy of not charging their subscribers for the match and Málaga members have a fifty percent discount. Atlético has sold the 1,500 seats it had available and there will be more than 1,500 Atlético fans who have bought their tickets online. The match will be special for Cholo Simeone, as he sat on the Atlético bench at La Rosaleda for the first time 13 years ago.
