Atlético de Madrid to debut Riyadh Air Metropolitano against Alavés
The match between Atlético de Madrid and Deportivo Alavés will be the first to be played in the Riyadh Air Metropolitano with the letters of the Saudi Arabian airline in relief. Until now, the name had appeared on a banner until the final change was made.
The debut was on October 20 against Leganés. The relationship between the two entities is strengthened even more with this new strategic agreement until the 2033 season, making the Saudi company the most important sponsor in the club’s history, with an economic injection of around 300 million euros.
