McDonald’s has opened its first restaurant in the Riyadh Air Metropolitano Stadium of Atlético de Madrid
McDonald’s has opened its first restaurant inside a football stadium in Spain, specifically in the Riyadh Air Metropolitano Stadium of Atlético de Madrid. The location has more than 500 square meters and offers services such as digital kiosks, terrace, table service and mobile chargers.
The restaurant will be operational throughout the year and will generate 45 new jobs in the area. In addition, it is expected to be expanded in March 2025, with the creation of an additional kitchen and counters that will give to the interior of the stadium, allowing service during matches or other events. This new opening is located in a key space, in front of the plots of the future Sports City that Atlético de Madrid is developing.
