Atlético de Madrid, title contenders according to Simeone
Diego Pablo Simeone, coach of Atlético de Madrid, has spoken about the possibility of his team winning the LaLiga title. Simeone has highlighted that, although Atlético de Madrid has made a great investment in the transfer market, the reality is that Real Madrid and Barcelona are still in a privileged position.
However, the Argentine coach has assured that Atlético de Madrid can be champions, as they have already done in the 13/14 and 20/21 seasons. Simeone has recalled that, although the red and white team faces two great monsters in LaLiga, they are obstacles in any attempt of the mattresses to lift a title. The coach has also assured that, in order to be champions, Atlético de Madrid must beat Real Madrid and Barcelona at some point, who have historically had extraordinary players.
