Atlético Madrid sweeps through Liga and Champions in November
Atlético Madrid has had a very sweet November, with six wins in six games in Liga and Champions. Simeone’s team has scored 18 goals and only conceded two. The spectacular streak has allowed Atlético to pave the way to the next round of the continental competition and recover ground in Liga to the leader, Barcelona, to be just two points behind. The next game will be on Thursday in the second round of the Copa del Rey against Cacereño at the Príncipe Felipe.
