Hello, Colchoneros fans! After an emotional 2024-25 season, it’s time to take stock. Expectations were high, and the squad, balanced and with depth, proved it in many stretches.
However, that fateful month of March, marked by a goal from Real Madrid, was a tough psychological blow that affected performance in La Liga and the Copa del Rey. Despite this, there are reasons to smile. The signing of Julián Álvarez has been a complete success: work, talent, and goals.
The goalscoring explosion of Alexander Sørloth is also exciting. I am confident that this duo will give us many joys. Now, the focus is on the Club World Cup, a unique opportunity to compete against the best in the world.
The feelings from the last games are positive, and this title would be a tribute to the Adelardo generation. My grade for the season is a notable, a 7 out of 10. Hopefully, the Club World Cup will allow us to raise the grade. Now to conquer America with the strength of Cholo and the badge on our chest! Muita força and Aupa Atleti, always!
