To the Cup Semifinals! Atlético Women Seeking Glory
Great news, Atlético fans! The draw has determined that Granada CF will be our rival in the Copa de la Reina semifinals. One step closer to lifting the trophy, and we’re going to give it our all with grit and heart! The first match is in Granada! The Nuevo Los Cármenes will vibrate with the first leg on March 4, 5, or 6.
But don’t worry, we’ll have the return leg at home! The Centro Deportivo de Alcalá de Henares will be dressed in red and white on March 11, 12, or 13 to cheer our girls on to victory. Attention, fans! Both matches will be broadcast live on Teledeporte, so there’s no excuse not to support the team.
After overcoming Cacereño in the quarterfinals with goals from Ajibade and Sheila in extra time, and Levante Badalona with a goal from Fiamma Benítez, the team is more motivated than ever. We know what we are capable of and we will prove it in every match. Granada CF reaches this stage after eliminating Levante UD and Sevilla, so we cannot be complacent, but we trust our team!
