Griezmann continues his reign at the Metropolitano
Griezmann was the hero of Atlético de Madrid in the Champions League against Slovan Bratislava. The Frenchman scored two goals, the last one in stoppage time, to turn around a game that had become very difficult.
Griezmann started generating chances for the team and opened the scoring with a header before halftime. In the second half, he scored again after a rigorous penalty for Slovan. Griezmann was substituted in the 73rd minute by Gallagher, and received a standing ovation from the stadium. The Frenchman has scored seven goals in the last five games he has played.
