Llorente scores in Europe after four years
Atlético de Madrid took a two-goal lead over Sparta Prague in the first half of their Champions League match. The first goal was scored by Julián Alvarez from a direct free-kick and the second was scored by Marcos Llorente, who played as a right-back and put in a cross that Sorloth let pass for Llorente to score. This was Llorente’s third goal of the season and his fourth in the top European competition, where he had not scored in over four years.
