Cholo Simeone analyzes the Club World Cup draw
Diego Simeone, coach of Atlético de Madrid, spoke about the draw for the Club World Cup, which was held last Thursday and paired his team with PSG, Botafogo and Seattle Sounders. The Argentine described the tournament as ’tough, complex and with very good rivals’ in their group. Atlético will begin the competition on June 15, 2025 in Los Angeles against Paris Saint Germain, then will face Seattle Sounders in that city in the northwest of the United States on June 19 and then return to Los Angeles to face Botafogo in the last group stage match, scheduled for June 22.
