Le Normand to Miss Madrid Derby
The Disciplinary Committee of the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) confirmed that Robin Le Normand, a defender for Atlético de Madrid, will miss the derby against Real Madrid due to an accumulation of yellow cards.
The player expressed his disappointment but showed confidence in his teammates to take the match forward. In addition to Le Normand, other players such as Randy Nteka, José Ángel Carmona, Carlos Romero, Ilaix Moriba, and Theodor Starfelt will also receive sanctions. On the bench, Vicente Moreno (Osasuna) and Borja Jiménez (CD Leganés) were sanctioned for various incidents.
