Children's Day: Fans Outraged by Inopportune Schedule
Atlético de Madrid fans have expressed their discontent with the schedule set by LaLiga for the match against Real Sociedad, scheduled for Saturday, May 10th at 9:00 PM. This match coincides with the celebration of Children’s Day, a very special date for the club and its young fans.

The Supporters’ Union has expressed its frustration on social media, criticizing LaLiga’s management and its commercial approach to football, which they consider detrimental to the future of the fans.
Despite the club’s request that the match be played in the afternoon, LaLiga maintained its decision, forcing Atlético to adapt its programming so that children can participate in Children’s Day activities throughout the day, prior to the match. The discomfort is palpable among the fans, especially among those who are accustomed to experiencing this festive day as a family in the surroundings of the Metropolitano.
