Koke, Barrios, and Lino celebrate San Isidro in Rojiblanco Style
Homegrown players Koke and Barrios, along with Brazilian Lino, have joined in a special Mahou campaign to celebrate the San Isidro festivities, showcasing their most Madrid and Rojiblanco side.
The campaign, featuring players from various teams in the capital, recreates the traditional San Isidro meadow, complete with carnations, an organ grinder, and, of course, the iconic Madrid beer.
In a festive and traditional atmosphere, the Atlético de Madrid players share their memories and experiences of this celebration so special to the city. Koke highlights the union between young and old in the meadow, while Barrios evokes the sound of the organ grinder and the Chulapo atmosphere.
Lino, for his part, highlights the great festive atmosphere. In addition, Mahou has invited groups such as La La Love You, Marlena, and Pignoise to reinterpret the chotis, traditional Madrid music, to set the soundtrack for these celebrations. This initiative demonstrates Atlético de Madrid’s commitment to the city’s traditions and its connection with the fans, celebrating San Isidro with Rojiblanco pride and passion.
