Medina del Campo beats in red and white: A decade of Atlético passion
The Los Medinenses fan club celebrates its tenth anniversary in Medina del Campo, consolidating itself as a bastion of Atlético sentiment. The celebration brought together 77 people, including legends such as Bermejo and Mejías, in an emotional event at the Hotel Villas.
A video with testimonies from members of the fan club, such as Chus, Fernando El Zorro, Félix father and son, Rober, Nacho and Dani, revived the most special moments of these ten years, from its beginnings with the 2010 Europa League to the present day.
There were also congratulations from figures such as Donato, Jordi Lardín, Godín and Antonio López, as well as journalist Rubén Uría. Emotion was palpable in the atmosphere, especially in members of the board such as Álvaro and Manu.
The anniversary also served as a meeting point for friendly fan clubs from Benavente, Gamonal, Belmonte de Campos, Cintruénigo, Lugo and the Union of Fan Clubs, represented by Piluca and Dani. Inda, from La Bañeza, also joined the party.
President Félix highlighted the essence of Atleti: unity and shared feeling. The party culminated in a vibrant concert by the Metropolitano Rock Band, which made everyone vibrate with the team’s anthems. The Los Medinenses fan club, with 108 members and constantly growing, demonstrates that passion for Atleti is passed down from generation to generation, creating unbreakable bonds and overcoming difficult times together.
