Atleti Overcomes Chaos and Gets Back to Work
We’re back to training, fans! After a few days of well-deserved rest, our red and white warriors were preparing to return to work, but an unexpected blackout tested their commitment.
Players like Julián Alvarez, Nahuel, De Paul, Gallagher, Llorente or Riquelme were affected, with complicated trips and flights back to Madrid. Even our manager Simeone, who had taken the opportunity to enjoy a few days in Naples with his family, had to deal with the situation.
But nothing stops Cholo! Faced with this situation, the club acted sensibly, prioritizing everyone’s safety and avoiding unnecessary travel. It was decided to close the doors of training to the media, but don’t worry! Tomorrow, from 11:00, the team will train again on field 4 of Cerro. We are confident that this setback will be left behind and that our players can concentrate 100% on what really matters: giving their all for Atleti! Aúpa Atleti! We know that together we are stronger and we will overcome any obstacle. We’ll see you tomorrow to continue supporting our team!
