Molina and Sorloth lead Atlético to the top in two consecutive matches
Nahuel Molina and Alexander Sorloth teamed up again to give Atlético de Madrid the victory in two consecutive matches. In the first, against Getafe, Molina put a cross into the box that Sorloth headed in for the 1-0.
In the second, against Barcelona in Montjuïc, Molina once again assisted Sorloth, who scored with his left foot in the 96th minute to give the team the win. Both players, as well as Rodrigo de Paul, who launched both attacks and scored the equalizer in Barcelona, have been key in these important victories for Atlético de Madrid, who lead the standings at the end of 2024.
